Island Seasonings and Island Salsa began more than 20 years ago in a humble kitchen, where co-founder Linda Lee set out to create something simple and heartfelt. Encouraged by the enthusiasm of her community, Linda began sharing her creations at local craft and market fairs across Hawaiʻi. The response was immediate and genuine. As demand continued to grow, Linda and her husband, Mike made the decision to take the next step, carefully developing the products for retail while staying true to the original recipes that made them special and full of unique flavors. 

Today, Island Seasonings and Island Salsa are proudly manufactured for wholesale distribution while remaining deeply rooted in their island origins. The products are available both direct-to-consumer and through wholesale partners throughout Hawaiʻi and the continental United States. What began in one kitchen has now reached kitchens around the world, with loyal customers across the globe continuing to reorder and share these flavors with their own families and communities.
